To be paid to the Organising Committee

This fee covers accommodation, meals, local transport, and event services during the official competition period.

Applies to all accredited members of the delegation (athletes, coaches, officials, etc.)

Payment Schedule:

  • 50% of the total amount – due 3 months before the event
  • Remaining 50% – due 1 month before the event (with Individual Entry) – To be paid to the OC

Extra nights before or after the official dates may be charged separately. Contact the OC (wuccombat2026@gmail.com) for confirmation.

2. FISU Entry Fee
