Throughout the event, delegations will be accommodated in facilities selected for their comfort, proximity to the competition venues, and quality of service.
The partner hotels provide services tailored to the needs of athletes and officials, including catering, accessibility, and areas for rest and preparation.
Below, you will find detailed information for each accommodation facility.
Participants of the Brasília 2026 FISU World University Championship Combat Sports will be accommodated at the CICB Hospitality.
Located inside the CICB complex and within a walking distance from training and competition areas, the CICB Hospitality is a hotel that provides a large number of single, double and triple rooms, as well as services such as laundry and gym.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the Deposit Fee will be made for cancellations informed until 01 May, 2026.
In accordance with Article 5.4.3 of the General Regulations for the FISU World University Championships, in the event of any no-show or cancellation/amendment of the delegation, in part or full, after 01 May, 2026, 100% of the Deposit Fee will be charged.
Special cases such as injury, visas denied, flight cancellation/delay and others should be immediately reported to the OC, which will take all possible measures to minimize eventual losses.
