FISU World University Championship Combat Sports 2026: Brasília crowns Ju-Jitsu champions

Brasília hosted the FISU World University Championship Combat Sports 2026, bringing together university athletes from across the globe for high-level Ju-Jitsu competition. The official bulletin confirmed the medalists in each category, highlighting Brazil’s strong performance while showcasing the international diversity of the podium.
Brazil stood out with multiple gold medals, while the championship also highlighted the strength of international competitors, with medalists from Thailand, Hungary, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Egypt, and Cambodia.
The awarding ceremonies for the Brown/Black Belt categories will take place this Friday, June 12 at 16:30, in Brasília.
